Payment / Refund

Payment must be made 15 days in advance of the class date. Less than 15 days you must call to check for seat availability.

After registering for your class, please make all checks and PO# out to the Georgia Utility Training Academy, GA HWY 83 Monroe GA. 30655

Please reference your name, class and date of the class with your payment. A confirmation email will be sent when payment is received unless other arrangements have been made.

If your organization is a member of GUTA OQ Compliance and Training Services,‎ please select that option on the registration form.

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel by phone or email no less than two weeks prior to the course date in order to receive a refund or to reschedule your class. A substitute may attend the registered course in your place.
