Changes to CATV Line Up

To continue to provide you with high quality Cable Television and Internet services, the City of Monroe will be upgrading the channel line-up beginning March 10, 2016. As a result of the channel upgrades, a large number of channels will be moving to QAM (Digital) channels. This allows for higher quality and capacity for new channels. In order to receive these channels, you must own a QAM television (most televisions made in the last 10 years should be capable) and you must run a channel scan to pick up the channels. The new channel line-up is located on the website at www.monroega.gov. If you experience trouble programming your TV, please contact us.

We apologize for any inconvenience this causes you; however, it is necessary in order to continue to provide you with the highest quality service and meet contractual requirements of programmers. If you have any questions or need additional assistance setting up your television after our upgrade, please call our call center at 770-267-3429 or visit our website at www.monroega.gov.
