To continue to provide you with high quality Cable Television and Internet services, the City of Monroe will be upgrading the channel line-up beginning March 10, 2016. As a result of the channel upgrades, a large number of channels will be moving to QAM (Digital) channels. This allows for higher quality and capacity for new channels. In order to receive these channels, you must own a QAM television (most televisions made in the last 10 years should be capable) and you must run a channel scan to pick up the channels. The new channel line-up is located on the website at www.monroega.gov. If you experience trouble programming your TV, please contact us.
