The City of Monroe Announces Web and Mobile Citizen Reporting Tool

The City of Monroe Will Use Monroe Citi311 to Enhance Citizen Engagement, Improve Quality-of-Life

The City of Monroe is launching an app that allows residents to report quality-of-life issues. Issues that can be reported range from potholes to damaged sidewalks to street light outages. Powered by Hiperweb 311, the Monroe Citi311 app is just the latest step in how web applications play a role in spurring citizen engagement and improving quality of service for the citizens of Monroe. Monroe Citi311 provides a means for citizens to track their requests, receive email alerts about their requests, privately submit a request without publishing any personal information, and attach images to their request. These services are available online, and as an app for the iPhone and Android.
