Walmart Distribution Center: (#6055) is located at 655 Unisia Drive in Monroe, Georgia. This 880,000 sq. ft., 24-hour facility is a hub for manufacturing and distribution to stores and consumers. The distribution center is easy to access from HWY 78. Conveniently located on Unsia Drive is a 24-hour Waffle House and Truck Stop.

Hitachi Automotive Systems: Located on Unisia Drive in Monroe, their two facilities include 520,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing. The company is a division of Hitachi Corporation which specializes in automotive systems, navigational aides, audio-visual equipment, and lithium-ion batteries.

Nucor Warehouse Solutions: Pallet rack manufacturing facility on South Broad Street.
