The City of Monroe will be accepting Bids to contract services for the installation and relocation of electrical distribution lines.  All submittals should follow instructions as detailed in the Invitation to Bid and be complete in scope as requested by the City of Monroe. Bids are to be submitted no later than May 3, 2021 at 2:00 pm (EST).

 

A copy of the Bid package will become available for download on April 1, 2019 at 9:00am (EST) and can be found on the www.monroega.gov website. Please make sure upon downloading a copy of the Invitation to Bid that you email the Purchasing Agent at Jmartin@monroega.gov with your company’s name and information in order to be included on any additional addenda or items of information that may be distributed during the course of the Invitation to Bid. Please submit any questions regarding this Invitation to Bid to Jimi Martin via email.

 

Bids will be reviewed and evaluated by the Purchasing Agent and Director of Electric and Telecommunications on the criteria listed herein. At the discretion of the Purchasing Agent, companies may or may not be contacted for further justification on pricing and details provided in the Bid submittal. Award shall be given to the lowest bid that meets the requirements as listed in this Invitation to Bid, while being both responsive and responsible, with reservation of right to reject all bids.
