Service Fees:

The City of Monroe will bill you on your monthly utility bill. The charges are as follows:

• Residential customers inside city limits - $26.13 per month
• Residential customers outside city limits - $27.66 per month
• Commercial: Depends on size of dumpster and number of days pickup is scheduled weekly.

Dumpster Rentals

• 2 yard, 4 yard: $27.50 plus $33.00 disposal fee
• 6 yard, 8 yard: $27.50 plus $33.00 disposal fee
• 30 yard open-top rolloff - Residential: $52 delivery fee, plus tonnage rate
• 30 yard open-top rolloff - Commercial: $110 delivery fee, plus tonnage rate

Extra Pickups

• Residential: $10.40 (garbage cart)
• Commercial: 2-yard and 4-yard - $22.00; 6-yard and 8-yard - $33.00

Additional Cart

Residential: An additional $13.07 charge plus the standard residential service charge of $26.13 a month, plus a one time fee of $74.84 invoiced to resident.

Extra pickups (Residential): $46.80 for trash, limbs and debris. Size no larger than 8’L x 8’W x 4’H. Knuckleboom load (big truck) $140.40.  (Commercial): $49.50 for trash, limbs and debris.  Size no larger than 8'Lx8'Wx4'H.  Knuckleboom load (big truck) $148.50.

All fees are subject to a 4% (residential) and 10 % (commercial) increase on January 1st of each year.
