JACKS CREEK WPCP EXPANSION TO 6.8 MGD

The City of Monroe is requesting individual sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor,
tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for  the  JACKS  CREEK  WPCP EXPANSION TO 6.8 MGD 
project. The project includes furnishing all products and performing all labor necessary for the 
constructing the proposed project as set forth in the bid, as shown in the drawings and as 
specified. The project generally consists of the following major components of work and 
appurtenances:

a. Construction of a new Vortex Grit System;
b. Construction of a new Influent Pump Station;
c. Construction of new Selectors and Aeration Basins 1-6;
d. Construction of a new Blower & Compressor Building;
e. Construction of new Secondary Clarifiers 1-4;
f. Construction of new Effluent Filters;
g. Construction of a new UV & Reuse PS Structure;
h. Conversion of an existing Anaerobic Digester to an Aerobic Digester;
i.  Construction of new Bulk Liquid Lime Structure and Piping;
j.  Construction of various new Submersible Pump Stations;
k. Miscellaneous piping upgrades and modifications; and
l.  Electrical and instrumentation upgrades and modifications.

 

Pre-qualification of Bidders is required for the Jacks Creek WPCP Expansion to 6.8 MGD
project.

Beginning on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, a copy of the application and qualification 
requirements can be obtained, via email from Matt Henderson, P.E. at mrh@wiedeman.com.

Completed pre-qualification applications must be received by Wiedeman and Singleton, Inc. by 4:00 p.m., local time, Friday, July 31, 2026, to be considered for pre-qualification.

All applicants will be notified of their status by Friday, August 21, 2026. Drawings and Contract Documents will be available digitally after pre-qualification.

The tentative Bid date for the project is Thursday, October 1, 2026.
