The City of Monroe (the Community) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firm(s) or organization(s) to provide consultant services for a streetscape sidewalk project with pedestrian lighting along McDaniel Street, connecting from Childers Park to the Monroe city limits. The RFQ will open January 22, 2024, at 9:00am. Firms that respond to this RFQ and are determined by the Community to be sufficiently qualified, may be deemed eligible, and invited to offer a technical approach and/or possibly present and/or interview for these services.
