The Monroe Farmers Market and the Walton County Health Care Foundation have teamed up to celebrate Walton County Senior Citizens! Every last Saturday of every month starting May 27 through October will be Senior Day at the Market. The first 40 Walton County Senior Citizens age 65 and up will get $5 in Senior Bucks to spend at the market. The Senior Bucks may be used to buy fresh produce and more! The Monroe Farmers Market and Walton Wellness are proud to celebrate our Senior Citizens and encourage everyone to eat well.
