Join us Downtown as our businesses join together to celebrate National Unicorn Day on April 5th. Look for colorful balloons to identify which merchants will have a fun Unicorn theme inside.  Here's a list of participating stores and some of the activities:

Monroe Visitors Center:  Hunt for the hidden Unicorns around the perimeter of the Visitors Center.

Monroe Walton Center for the Arts:  Stop in for a special Unicorn treat.  

The City of Monroe is requesting individual sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the 24-Inch Raw Water Main & 20-Inch Finished Water Main Extension project. The project includes furnishing all products and performing all labor necessary for the construction of approximately 14,700 L.F. of 24- inch raw water main, 3,630 L.F. of 20-inch finished water main, 500 L.F.
